I personally didn't find Swarm launchers an issue lately. However, when at speed, I only take some 400-500 damage from a volley, which sounds like it's bugged.

I always assumed that you could only spawn on uplinks that were currently spotted by your team with the bug being that you have to detect them like you have to detect hostile uplinks.
